Finding this pro was an early Christmas present. We have a large house with 2 furnaces, neither of which was throwing heat. I delayed having them looked at for fear of how much it would cost if anything major was needed. After entering my requesting, I received a call from Derek Williams within 5 minutes. I described my problem and he’d be there within 30 minutes. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problems. Fortunately they were simple fixes and within an hour I had a warm house again. Very reasonable charges. We will be having Derek return for semi-annual checks so we don’t get in this situation again. The Schnauzers loved him too!!
